Hello list,

One of our developer wanted to insert a record using XMLTYPE, but, got
the following error:

ERROR at line 2:
ORA-21700 (See ORA-21700.ora-code.com): object does not exist or is marked for delete
ORA-06512 (See ORA-06512.ora-code.com): at "SYS.XMLTYPE", line 0
ORA-06512 (See ORA-06512.ora-code.com): at line 1

I have searched on google and metalink without any luck. Did any has
any advice or solution for this?
